Because our products are meticulously 3D printed, hand-assembled, and hand-painted, they require delicate handling. We have established this policy to ensure a fair process for our collectors while protecting the integrity of our studio&#8217;s craftsmanship.<\/p><h3 data-path-to-node=\"6\">1. Order Cancellations<\/h3><ul data-path-to-node=\"7\"><li><p data-path-to-node=\"7,0,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"7,0,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Standard Orders:<\/b> You may cancel your order within <b data-path-to-node=\"7,0,0\" data-index-in-node=\"50\">24 hours<\/b> of placement for a full refund. Return Eligibility<\/h3><p data-path-to-node=\"9\">We accept returns or replacement requests <b data-path-to-node=\"9\" data-index-in-node=\"42\">only<\/b> under the following conditions:<\/p><ul data-path-to-node=\"10\"><li><p data-path-to-node=\"10,0,0\">The item received is completely incorrect (e.g., you ordered the MARCOS Frogman but received the Kumaon Lion).<\/p><\/li><li><p data-path-to-node=\"10,1,0\">The item suffered severe structural damage during transit.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p data-path-to-node=\"11\"><b data-path-to-node=\"11\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Important Note on Craftsmanship:<\/b> Every VORTOYZ miniature is individually hand-painted by our artists. Slight variations in camouflage patterns, color shading, or minor texture differences are natural characteristics of handcrafted resin products and do not qualify as &#8220;defects&#8221; for a return.<\/p><h3 data-path-to-node=\"12\">3. The Unboxing Protocol (Mandatory for Damage Claims)<\/h3><p data-path-to-node=\"13\">To claim a replacement or refund for an item damaged in transit, you <b data-path-to-node=\"13\" data-index-in-node=\"69\">must<\/b> provide an unboxing video. This is required for us to process claims with our courier partners.<\/p><ul data-path-to-node=\"14\"><li><p data-path-to-node=\"14,0,0\">The video must be continuous and unedited, starting from the opening of the sealed exterior shipping box to the inspection of the miniature.<\/p><\/li><li><p data-path-to-node=\"14,1,0\">The video must clearly show the shipping label and the condition of the internal protective packaging.<\/p><\/li><li><p data-path-to-node=\"14,2,0\">Claims without a valid unboxing video cannot be processed.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><h3 data-path-to-node=\"15\">4.
