1. Order Processing & Crafting Time

Unlike mass-produced items, VORTOYZ collectibles are crafted with collector-grade realism.

• Standard Orders: Please allow 5 to 7 business days for your order to be processed, hand-finished, quality-checked, and packed for dispatch.

• Pre-Orders & Custom Dioramas: Processing times for customized war-scene dioramas or pre-order batch drops will be explicitly stated on the respective product pages.

• Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will contact you via email or telephone if a significant delay is expected.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We proudly ship across India using trusted logistics partners (such as BlueDart, Delhivery, or standard premium couriers) to ensure safe transit.

• Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3 to 7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.

• Shipping Charges: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. (We recommend offering Free Shipping on orders above a certain value, e.g., ₹2,000, to encourage bulk regimental purchases).

Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances or remote locations. VORTOYZ is not liable for delays caused by the courier service.

3. Tracking Your Deployment

Once your order has been dispatched from our Madurai headquarters, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email and SMS containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

4. Secure Packaging

Our miniatures feature intricate details (such as the antennas on the BSF Camel Cavalry or the weapons on the 10 PARA SF Scorpion). We use specialized, shock-absorbent packaging and protective materials to ensure your collectible arrives in pristine, display-ready condition.

5. Damages in Transit

We take every precaution to secure your items. However, if your VORTOYZ collectible arrives damaged during transit:

1. Mandatory Unboxing Video: Please record a clear, continuous unboxing video from the moment you open the sealed package. This is required for us to process any damage claims with our courier partners.

2. Report Immediately: Contact us at vortoyz@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, the unboxing video, and photos of the damaged item and packaging.

3. We will review the evidence and arrange for a replacement or repair strategy as per our Return Policy.
